We are a family run independent cheese specialist established in 1960 and based in Didsbury, South Manchester. We are members of The Specialist Cheesemakers Association and members of the management committee of The Guild of Fine Food Retailers.
Fusion on Lapwing Lane West Didsbury used to be known as Freds Deli. It sells a large selection of sliced meats, sandwiches, bread, tinned goods and dairy products along with a pretty special selection of cake and pastries.
