Update: Didsbury Food Market was suspended in August 2010 pending further consultation with the local community.
Didsbury Food Market takes place on the second Saturday of every month on the paved areas outside Didsbury Library. It is a local food market with around 20 stalls selling all sorts of edible fare.

You can find plenty of cake, fish, meats, cheese, cooking ingredients such as herbs and spices, coffee, ice cream, fudge and even curry! as well as a couple of fashion and gift stalls which have managed to sneak in which are worth a look.
Didsbury Library can be found close to the junction of Barlow Moor Road and Wilmslow Road. It is easily accessible on the 42, 370 and 23 buses and if you’re driving you can get 2 hours free in the nearby Aldi carpark, or find a spot down a side road off Barlow Moor Road.
Market dates for 2010:
July 10th
August 14th
September 11th
October 9th
November 13th
