SciBar Didsbury takes place at The Albert Club, Lansdowne Road, West Didsbury at 6.30pm on the third Monday of the month.

2012 Event

22nd May is the 2012 date of the annual Gusto Fashion Show in support of Francis House Children’s Hospice. Tickets are still just £5 this year.

Doors open at 7pm and the event starts promptly at 7.30. The fashion show will preview the Spring/Summer collection from Steranko, West Didsbury.

Didsbury Book Group are a book club who meet in The Woodstock on Barlow Moor Road, Didsbury every month.

The next meeting is on Wednesday 18th April and the book being discussed will be Family Matters by Rohan Mistry.

Didsbury Festival 2012

This year’s Didsbury Festival will take place on Saturday the 15th June with this year’s fancy dress theme being the Queen’s Jubilee.

Didsbury Festival is one of the most important events on the Didsbury Events Calendar. Every year on a (sometimes) sunny Saturday, the Didsbury Festival precession walks the route from St. Catherine’s RC Primary School on School Lane through the Wilmslow Road entrance of Didsbury Park and onto the main field of Didsbury Park.

There’s an Easter Egg hunt at Paupers Wood, Nell Lane, West Didsbury on Saturday 7th April 11am to 3pm.

All welcome are welcome, but children are required to be accompanied by an adult.
